If you recently moved into one of the towns after registration cutoff and are interested in playing, please contact a board member.

All players and parents must complete the registration form and sign the Code of Conduct.  Keep in mind tackle football practices start the first week of August and run Monday - Thursday each week until school starts.  Flag levels usually start in mid-August.

Registration forms, the signed Player Code of Conduct and the Parents Code of Conduct signed by both parents must be submitted by 6/15 to avoid the $50 late fee, no registrations will be accepted after 7/15.

Player Code of Conduct

I will play for FUN! I will work hard to improve my skills.

I will learn teamwork, sportsmanship, self-discipline and do my best to cooperate with and support my teammates.

I will respect myself, teammates, coaches, parents, opponents and officials. I will be on time for practices and games.

I will learn the rules and play by them. I will never argue with an official’s decision.

I am responsible to control my thoughts, words and actions at all times.

Parents Code of Conduct

Youth sports programs play an important role in promoting the physical, social and emotional development of children. It is therefore essential for parents, coaches and officials to encourage youth athletes to embrace the values of good sportsmanship. Moreover, adults involved in youth sports events should be models of good sportsmanship and should lead by example by demonstrating fairness, respect and self control.

I therefore pledge to be responsible for my words and actions while attending, coaching, officiating or participating in a Grayhawks event and shall conform my behavior to the following code of conduct:

1. I will not force my child to participate in sports, but support his/her desire to play his/her chosen sport, for his/her enjoyment.

2. I will not engage in unsportsmanlike conduct with any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.

3. I will not encourage my child, or any other person, to engage in unsportsmanlike conduct with any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.

4. I will treat any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee with respect regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation or ability.

5. I will not engage in verbal or physical threats or abuse aimed at any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.

6. I will recognize the importance of volunteer coaches and support the program.

7. I will learn the rules of the game and support the officials.

8. I will make sure anyone who attends Grayhawks events on behalf of my child will adhere to this Code of Conduct.

I hereby agree that if I fail to conform my conduct to the foregoing while attending, coaching, officiating or participating in a Grayhawks event I will be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to the following in any order or combination:

1. Verbal or written warning issued by a league agent, Grayhawks Trustee or school official.

2. Suspension or immediate ejection from a Grayhawks event issued by a league agent, Grayhawks Trustee or school official who is authorized by a school board or Grayhawks organization.

3. Suspension from multiple Grayhawks events issued by the Grayhawks Board of Trustees or school official.

4. Season suspension or multiple season suspension issued by a school board or Grayhawks Board of trustees.
