Registration forms, the signed Player Code of Conduct and the Parents Code of Conduct signed by both parents must be submitted by 6/15 to avoid the $50 late fee, no registrations will be accepted after 7/15.
Registrations will be accepted later if you moved into one of the 3 towns from outside the area in the 2 months prior to the registration deadline. Please contact a board member for details.

Find the age of the player across the top, then follow down the column to the first weight that is greater than their weight, this is the level they will play. The only exceptions that will be considered is keeping a player in the same level as their school classmates provided that they are below the age and weight max. If you child ends up in a blank box, speak to a board member.
The green square is the age of most of the players at that level
